B.E/B.Tech/AMIE-Civil with Management qualification in Real estate, with not less than 15 years experience in the field of property development, construction management, marketing & business development, capable of handling the entire operations.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Knowledge of development control rules ,statutory laws and compliances is mandatory.

B.E/B.Tech-Civil with atleast 7-10 years experience and specialization in quantity surveying ,Tracking and scheduling with working knowledge of Buildfast ERP software.
Marketing -cum-sales executives
Graduate with fluency in spoken English and regional language with at least 3 years experience in marketing of residential apartment projects.
B.E/B.Tech/AMIE-Civil with atleast 5 years experience in managing residential projects with working knowledge of Buildfast ERP software,with good communication skills ,capable of delivering good quality and timely delivery and Knowledge of development control rules ,statutory laws and compliances is mandatory.
B.E/B.Tech/AMIE-Civil- 3 years experience or DCE-Civil with five years experience in residential apartment development projects capable of handling skilled/unskilled labour, reading drawings and executing the works at site, co-ordinating with senior colleagues,sub-contractors,vendors for material and other requirements at site for smooth execution and timely completion of project works.
Graduates with experience of 5 years or more in liasoning with various departments such as CMDA/DTCP/LPA/Corporation/BDA/BBMP for obtaining planning permissions for projects. Experience in liasoning with other government departments such as Revenue, PCB, DGCA, Fire, Telecom, CEIG,EIA is essential. Should be fluent in spoken English and other regional languages.
Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Chennai Only)
Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English and other regional languages essential. Past working experience in property development Industry will be an added advantage. Should be a pleasant person with ability to interface with the rest of the organization and coordinate for enabling efficient operations. Knowledge of short hand, self drafting, email, travel arrangements scheduling and coordinating, appointments and other secretarial support required by the Managing Director.
