Devinarayan Group incorporated about fifteen years ago,
under the dynamic leadership of Founder Chairman of Devinarayan
Group, (Late) Sri M G Narayanaswamy, with the main object
of promoting housing and property development.
Food, clothing and shelter are the basic needs of life and
the objective is to cater to one of these basic needs viz.
Shelter. Aesthetic design, keeping in mind the contemporary
life style, besides affordability and uncompromising quality
guide our construction.

Our USP
The Company has been active in the Chennai market
ever since its inception and in the course of its business
has refined its expertise in developing niche apartments
for the higher income segment and the projects under execution
as well as the forth coming ones are proposed on the similar
lines. There is a huge demand in Chennai for high investments
on apartments in good location and the company is leveraging
its past experience in harnessing this demand.
The company
has also benchmarked its commitment in providing efficient
homes with stable specifications and amenities as a standard
and this has been received well by its customers.
The company also has a policy of total disclosure about
each of the project,viz: Carpet area: Plinth area: Super
built area etc, retention and allocation of various rights
on the property, transparency on legal matters and statutory
approval compliances, as well as the price on occupation
is made known to the customers at the time of finalizing
the term sheet.

Our Team
Mr N Nandakumar, Managing Director of Devinarayan
Housing & Property Developments Private Limited, is
a qualified Civil Engineer, with specialization in Environmental
Engineering. His qualification and association as Managing
Partner of Devinarayan & Sons (Civil Engineers and
Builders) since 1986 has provided him with substantial
experience in the building industry. He is also a Director
/ Partner in other Companies / firms of the Group.
Mr.N.Mahesh, Director of the company is a law graduate
but engaged in managing the granite division of the group
ever since its inception. He advises the company on the
legal matters and also extends strategic advise on the
business plans of the company.
Mr.N.Mahendrakumar, Director of the company is a law
graduate. He is a Director on the Board of all the group
companies. Apart from handling the trading arm of the
granite division, he supports the company on pre-commencement
works of each of the project and also handles marketing
of the company’s projects.
Mr.N.Sudhakar, Director of the company is a mechanical
engineer. He handles the mining activities of the group’s
granite activities. Apart from that he handles the sourcing
of land banks for the company’s projects.
Apart from the Board of Directors, the company has an
organization to suffice its present projects. The company
has an experienced team of Project Managers, Engineers
and supervisory team who handle the execution of the project
in-house with the support of renowned consultants in the
fields of Architecture, Structural designing, Consultants
for services like Electrical ,Plumbing & Sanitary,
Fire-Fighting, Land-Scaping and Project Management.
