Devinarayan is deep-rooted in its endeavour to care for its properties and its clients.We at Devinarayan maintain the properties built by us, through our Property Maintanance Division on a life long basis.A Maintenance Deposit is collected to provide contingency funds to the Property Maintanance Division to meet unexpected expenses. These Deposits are non-refundable. The company will hand over the Maintenance Deposit to the Property Maintanance Division, after deducting any amounts for expenses incurred. The Property Maintanance Division manages the staff, security and accounts for the building and organises maintenance and repairs to the common areas, exteriors and services for the building. Maintenance charges should be promptly paid by each owner to ensure trouble free service. The Property Maintanance Division has the right to remove common benefits or amenities from a client for defaults in payment due for common expenses. Monthly electricity charges and individual taxes for the apartment are directly payable by the Client to the concerned Authorities. However the Property Maintanance Division will assist in remitting the same through its personnel employed in the building. Devinarayan offers its services even after handing over your apartment. We offer the services of our trained construction staff and workmen for routine maintenance, housekeeping and upkeep of your apartment.

1.Under writing of Apartments on rent / fixation of tenants for non-resident owners.
2.Collection of rents, renewal of lease agreements on behalf of the owner with their tenants.
3.Overseeing payment of all statutory dues payable on behalf of non resident owners.
