Specifications - in - General-Devinarayan Housing

Structure : RCC framed structure with RC foundation conforming to BIS.
Walls : Constructed using class I chamber bricks or hollow blocks set in cement mortar. Both sides of the walls are finished with Cement Plaster.  Exterior faces of the Building are finished with stucco Plaster and  Cement Paint finish.Toilet walls are finished with Glazed Tiles/ White/ Ivory/ Gray upto 5'0" from the Floor Level. Two ft.high above the kitchen platform are finished in Cement Paint over Cement Plaster. 
Ceiling : Smooth cement plastered finished and painted white.
Floor : Living and Dining areas of the apartment are finished with Marble Tiles, all other rooms with Ceramic tiles. Kitchen & Bath room floors are finished with ceramic Tiles 8"x8".
Doors and Windows : 1. Front Door of the Apartment will have Teak Wood Frame and both side Teak Veneer 35mm thick Flush Door with Decorative beeding and polished.
  2. All other Door frames are made of klin Seasoned Country Wood and Doors are of Flush Doors.

  3. Frames and Door Shutters shall be finished in Enamel Paint.

  4. Windows will have Aluminium Frames, Aluminium Glazed Shutters with Security Steel Grills.
Kitchen : Will be provided with Black Granite Counter Top including Stainless Steel Sink as per Drawing.
  RCC Concrete Loft will be provided in Kitchen.
Bed Rooms : All Bed Rooms will be provided with Loft.
Plumbing & Sanitary : White colour Parryware Plumbing Fixtures or Equivalent will be provided in all Toilets.Plumbing fitting shall be of Metro or equivalent. 
Electrical : Insulated Copper Multi Strand Wires will be used in all Apartments. Each apartment will be provided with three Phase Power Supply.

Lift : Five persons passenger Lifts will be provided in the Building.
Dish Antennae : Individual connections for each Apartment will be provided through a satelite dish antenna

1. Property shall be under maintenance by the company only, on a co-operative chargeable basis.
2. Non-resident clients can avail under-writing facility of renting / leasing out by the company.

3. Services related to collection of rents, depositing in the Bank, payment of property, water tax and electricity bills can be made available to outstation buyers.
